Don't go in late. The only food I got that was remotely warm was the things that they can't cook ahead. The fries is were grease soaked, hot on the outside and cold in the middle. In other words they took old fries and tried to heat them up in the grease. Mashed potatoes were like they came from the fridge. I'll not be back.

Why have a call ahead system if you aren't going to honor it? Despite calling ahead for a table, we have been waiting for 30 minutes. The food isn't worth it!

We ordered carry-out, 2 Steakhouse Filet salads, drove almost 20 minutes to pick them up and the restaurant had only prepared one. Unable to wait for a second salad to be prepared we took our salad and left - got home and found the salad had NO bacon and NO onions. The steak was good, that's about all that can be said. Attention to detail really needs work at this location.

I had the bone-in ribeye with baked potato and apple sauce...cooked and prepared wonderfully. Very busy night but the service and taste if the food let you know this place is 'on the ball' as nothing was missed. Danielle was our server and was as friendly as she was cute. Note that this place can be loud, so don't expect to have a nice, romantic dinner her. This place is for fun, laughter, good food and great service.

Worst chain restaurant in the LIT area. The food is difficult to eat. They frequently run out of things you want like ribs. And this past time I ordered pulled pork and received some kind of sliced up crockpot mess.

We came here a lot and loved the ribs. But it was also noisy. Couldn't hear the conversation at our table. Don't expect any quiet. But good food.

Awesome. Loved coming here. Whiteley provided excellent service. Food was delicious. My kids cleaned their dish without asking... says a lot for my kids lol. My only complaint would be the waiting room. It looks like a drunk tank Overall, great place.

Ribeye to fatty. I know it's suppose to have fat but mine was to much. Flavor was decent. Had better.

Always get roped into coming here with family. Not sure where they buy their meats but the cuts and quality make me think Dollar Tree. Very loud, inattentive staff and food with very poor flavor.

Best Ft. Worth Ribeye ever! Tender and cooked perfectly. And my waitress Amelia was awesome!!!

I eat here about once a month and it is the one place I know will be good. They have consistently great food. They have the best salads and excellent steaks. The service is usually good and the few problems that arose were fixed right away. It is definitely a loud place and busy. I recommend the call ahead seating and a dinner to go if you want a quiet romantic dinner. But if you want a great salad, an excellent steak, friendly service and a cold beer go to Texas Roadhouse.

Buddy and I went to Texas Roadhouse two days ago (Saturday night). We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly enough - not overly enthusiastic but we had cold drinks and food. My Hurricane Margarita was tasty and had the right amount of booze in it. The Rattlesnake Bites were hot and spicy. My steak was cooked right but I was missing my side order of chili - no problem, it was fixed right away. Everything was going great until the very end of the meal, when I asked for a box for my leftovers and instead watched the bartender dump my plate into the bus bin. I don't think it was done on purpose, I just don't think she heard me ask for a box, but she didn't ask me if I wanted one either. 5-6 oz steak and a cup of chili right in the garbage. I didn't make a stink about it because I was dumbstruck, but that's what Yelp's for, right?

For a chain, this place isn't bad. I ordered the prime rib cooked rare. It was quite tasty. I was a bit suprised being that steaks and meats are usually a disappointment at chain restaurants for me. Bread and cinnamon butter was a nice touch. Oh and they gave me a MIL discount. Could use more beers on tap. Wait staff was nice. Would come back again to try other meats.

Your steak from Texas Roadhouse might not be the best steak you can get in town, but it'll be the best steak you can get for your money, and it'll still be a good steak. Arkansas is a meat eating state, and there are many steak restaurants to choose from, but you'll get more bang for your buck here than anywhere else you go. I've been many, many times and not only have I never had a poorly cooked or poorly cut steak, I don't remember ever having an issue with any food item. The service is outstanding also...as an example I went in for dinner one evening and ordered a draft beer with my meal. I got the standard question of "big or small", and when I answered "small" my waitress asked if I was planning on having more than one. I thought this was an odd question, and the look on my face must have said as much because the waitress proceeded to explain to me that it would be much cheaper for me to order one large rather than two smalls. This shines as an example of how to do things right because a higher bill generally means a higher tip, but she came across as looking out for me whether she was or not. The plus side for her was that she got the difference that I saved added on to her tip. (Any servers reading this should take note of that because I promise I'm not the only one out there who rewards this kind of service.) You'll have to wait to be seated on a Friday or Saturday night, but I promise your server won't make you feel rushed so they can turn your table quickly. Also, you can throw peanut shells on the floor! What's not to love about a joint that lets you do that?

Well...from Texas... Enjoy steaks....and beer. First time to post but you need to know!! Father and I went last night (Wednesday). He ordered a ribeye medium well, I ordered a prime rib rare. Grant it it was about 8:00 pm so give them the benefit of the doubt. His ribeye came to the table rare, mine well done, grey... No red.. We both asked the waitress, who was great, can you please ask if they can give me a rare pRib and my father a Mwell ribeye? She said that we were not the first to ask tonight. Hello, this is a steak house!! So my fathers came back medium well, yeah mine came back well done with a little pink on the edge. I said I will eat it as it was going on 9;00 pm. The manager came by and asked how was my prime rib and I showed him and asked him what he thought my steak was cooked wise . He said well done. So he says he will discount the steak!!! Excuse me, this was the second try! Tell me you do not have a rare piece and I will move on.. Total bullshit! This place should be shut down! What f'n chef in a steak restaurant does not know the difference between rate and well done? Comp me the steak I had to eat well done and I would not be posting here!

The chicken critters are HUGE! If you get this meal, plan to take some home. The salads are wonderful and the homemade dressing is phenomenal. I sat at the bar last night and the atmosphere was fun. The bartenders were upbeat and personable. I would love to visit again! The only complaint I have, is the Women's restroom. There was no toilet paper in 2 of the stalls and the one with toilet paper had a clogged toilet.

Having been to Texas Roadhouse before in other locations, we'd never realized there was one in North Little Rock. Originally from New England, we've been suffering through substandard dining options since temporarily moving to Searcy. Wednesday, the food was good, though not great. Still, it is better than most options in the area. The remarkable part of our visit was the wonderful service. Haley was the most wonderful waitress we've ever had. Of all of the waitresses we've come across throughout the country, from small local bistros to fine dining establishments, Haley was, by far, the very best. On a very busy night, she was extremely attentive, and on top of everything. She came back for water and for bread multiple times without ever being asked; waitresses are always quick to bring alcohol, but they never are so attentive to the things that won't add on to the bill, especially during a busy night. Were I to open up a restaurant anywhere in the world, Haley would be the person I'd want leading my wait staff. Texas Roadhouse is fortunate to have such a wonderful waitress. While the food isn't particularly worth the drive from Searcy, the service definitely is, and because of that, we'll be back many times before we leave Arkansas in May.

UPDATE: I recently went there one evening with three friends and from my last experience with the T-Bone, I decided to get the ribeye. I ordered it Bleu and the waitress, Sonya, without question took all of our orders. When the steak came to the table, it was grilled perfectly. One set of grill marks on each side. THANK GOD, someone knows what Bleu meant. What a wonderful tasting steak. IMPORTANT, Bleu is very rare and usually has a very cool center. Once again, an awesome visit to my new favorite place to go to in NLR. Our waitress who also works the bar, Sonya, was awesome. Very polite not to mention attractive..

The sirlion we each ordered was a little tough for the cut, but decent. We would have liked to have the NY Strip, but they were out. Word of warning, do not get it smothered. The onions are far from carmelized and are almost raw. It's a good steak for the price and the service was very on-top of things and friendly.
